Extendible Steerable Logger

Extendible logger trailers are designed to arrive at the loading site closed to minimize off-tracking. The trailer is then expanded to match the length of the poles or logs. The steering axles are remotely operated from a pilot car or from the drivers’ cab to help the now longer trailer in tight corners. Having a long trailer steer around corners instead of investing in a wider road base can dramatically reduce the cost of a project.
